Acceptable Use Policy

Be curious. Be kind. Be honest. Use AI thoughtfully. Assume good intent, and give the people around you the same respect you'd want in return. Most of what follows is common sense — we've written it down so expectations are clear.

You agree not to engage in any of the following on or through the Platform:

• Illegal activity of any kind.
• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of other users.
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Threats of violence or intimidation.
• Impersonating another person, brand, or organization.
• Spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial promotion.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Phishing or attempts to obtain another user's credentials or personal data.
• Copyright infringement or violation of other intellectual property rights.
• Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of course materials or digital downloads.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of proprietary software.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with Platform security measures.
• Unauthorized scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of Platform content.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Automated abuse, including bots that create accounts, post content, or manipulate features.
• Excessive or abusive use of APIs, endpoints, or system resources.
• Uploading malicious files or content designed to harm the Platform or other users.
• Using AI tools on the Platform to generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Academic dishonesty where prohibited by an educational institution you are enrolled in.
• Interfering with other users' experience or with Platform operations.

We encourage you to explore AI tools with curiosity and care. Use them to learn, build, and create. Don't use them to deceive, defraud, harass, infringe on others' rights, or produce content that would be unlawful if a person made it directly.

When behavior violates this Policy or applicable law, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Remove or restrict access to content.
• Restrict access to specific features or services.
• Investigate suspected misuse.
• Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

Where possible, we prefer to warn first and act proportionally. In cases involving safety, security, or legal risk, we may act immediately.
