ImaginAInation Studios LLC ("ImaginAInation™," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at imaginaination.com, the ImaginAInation University learning platform, and the related products, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing content, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. If you're using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for keeping it up to date. Each account is for a single person; sharing your credentials is not permitted.

Choose a strong password and keep it confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us right away at support@imaginaination.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that supports learning and creativity. The Acceptable Use Policy describes what's prohibited and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All Platform materials — including books, videos, Prompt Labs, courses, downloads, graphics, software, logos, trademarks, and other content — remain the intellectual property of ImaginAInation Studios LLC or their respective owners. Nothing on the Platform transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

Platform content is protected by copyright and other laws. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact support@imaginaination.com with the details.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content you're authorized to view for your own learning and non-commercial purposes.

When you submit content to the Platform — comments, prompts, uploads, or other contributions — you keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate and improve the Platform.

You're responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.

Some Platform materials are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. We review AI-assisted content for accuracy and quality, but AI systems can still make mistakes. Please treat AI-assisted material as a starting point, not a final authority.

The Platform is intended for educational purposes. Course completion, badges, or any other recognition offered on the Platform do not constitute an accredited degree or professional certification unless expressly stated.

Content on the Platform is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. For decisions that require professional judgment, consult a qualified professional.

We may offer premium memberships in the future. When we do, additional membership terms will apply and be presented to you before you enroll.

If we introduce subscription services, the price, billing frequency, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout and in your account.

Paid services will be billed through a secure third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe). You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you agree to.

When paid services launch, you'll be able to cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or where required to protect the Platform or other users.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. By using the Platform, you also agree to that policy.

Our Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited conduct and the actions we may take in response. It's part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImaginAInation Studios LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImaginAInation Studios LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
